This course runs at the same time, every week over 10 weeksOver 10-weeks respected commercial and documentary photographer Martin Mischkulnig will introduce participants to long-form visual storytelling.
Drawing on his experience producing Smalltown, a photobook created in partnership with Tim Winton, Martin will take participants through approaches to project-based work, providing access to professionals and resources to assist them to develop and deliver a cohesive visual narrative.
Participants will work on developing a project over the duration of the course and be encouraged to embrace collaboration with their peers and other photographic professionals. Guest speakers include some of Australia's best photographers, A multi award winning book designer and one of the best grant writer's currently practicing.
Prerequisites and Requirements
- Camera Craft 2, or relevant experience
- Note book and pen
Bring your own DSLR or Mirrorless (MILC) camera (charged batteries and memory card). If you are unsure please search your camera brand and model for clarification
