Camera Craft 3

This course runs at the same time every week over five weeks

Camera Craft 3 is designed to introduce interested and passionate photographers to working within genre. Each week you will investigate a new genre, gaining valuable insight and experience only made possible by photographing in the field.

You will be given instruction and helpful advice about refining your camera skills and how to approach your photography with a view to creating interesting and engaging stories. You will be given the time to develop a small series of images based on the genre of your choice and be given a guest lecture on flash photography.

Every week an assignment will be set and your images will be reviewed in the following class. Participants will also partake in discussion in relation to various historical and contemporary images to help with your understanding of style and genre, and to develop a critical eye.
