All courses must be paid for prior to the commencement of the course. If a course is cancelled or changed, we will contact you 4 days prior to the commencement of your course and provide prior warning that the course may not proceed via phone and email.
For outdoor courses, we will notify you at least 2 hours prior to the start time if we need to postpone or re-schedule due to inclement weather. For all off-site courses or tours you will be required to sign a disclaimed and medical authorisation form.

Pre-Requisites
When enrolling in a course you may be required to complete a quiz to determine whether you meet the skills and knowledge required for the course, however, It is your responsibility to decide if your chosen course is appropriate.

Refunds / Transfers / Cancellations
There are no refunds made if less that 2 weeks notice is given before the commencement of your course. Requests for transfers must be submitted in writing and dated (email will suffice) to workshop@acp.org.au.
Requests for withdrawal from a course must be submitted in writing and dated (email will suffice) to workshop@acp.org.au Please note refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process. If your course is cancelled you will receive a full refund. For more information email workshop@acp.org.au

Rescheduling a Class
There are no refunds for classes that you miss or are unable to attend. If it becomes necessary for a class to be re-scheduled during the term, the re-scheduled class will be held later in the term on an alternate day, or added at the end of the course. Tutors may occasionally organise additional activities such as gallery visits or day trips so you may incur additional costs like entry fees or travel expenses.

Private Tuition
