Each year during the third week of March, the International Day of La Francophonie gathers lovers of the French language all around the world.
The 2017 editions shows how French adapts to constantly changing technologies and digital behaviours in the contest Tell me Ten Words... in French/ Dis-Moi Dix Mots en Francais.
The Alliance Francaise de Sydney, the Consulate General of Switzerland in Sydney, the Consulate General of Canada in Sydney and The Belgian Trade Office in Sydney are organising a NSW state-wide photo contest focusing on 10 French words. The 10 chosen words invite you to discover French language as it evolves and changes to adapt to new realities and habits.
NSW children and adults are invited to participate for free. Photos taken with both DSLR cameras and smart phones are accepted.
For further information and a list of the 10 chosen words please visit the Alliance Francais website.
